They dry out the roots or crush them into a powder. Then they add water and drink the mixture.

Ingredients: Kava kava root extract, standardized to 30 percent total kavalactones.

Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule with a meal twice daily. Bedtime dose: Take 1–2 capsules 30 minutes prior to retiring.
