Essential Oil Digestion Formula:

5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops Lemon Authentic Essential Oil
2 drops Clove Essential OIl
1/ 2 oz. Carrier Oil

Place essential oils and carrier oil in 1/2 amber bottle. Roll between your hands to combine ingredients. Massage on stomach area and corresponding reflex points on hands and feet.

Make sure you make a label stating the name, ingredients and date that you made the formula along with the contraindications.

Contraindications: Do not use in pregnancy, nursing or with children under 6 years old. Phototoxic.

Sore Muscle formula:

6 drops Recover Soothing Blend

8 drops Peppermint essential oil

6 drops Lemon Authentic Essential Oil

2oz. Carrier oil

Place essential oils and carrier oil in 2oz bottle. Roll between your hands and until ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Place on sore muscles twice daily.

For Children 6 years and up: Do not use the Recover soothing blend- Use 3 drops Peppermint and 3 drops Lemon in 2oz carrier oil.
