Cold and bluish lips, hands and feet may benefit from Goldenseal also.
Goldenseal is the great catalyst herb which will stimulate the function of other herbs with which it is combines. It will stay on the job, supervising activities of the work crew, and will do the job itself if it has to. Used in the mouth it helps to correct pyorrhea (swollen gums), by massaging into the gums every evening.
