Used traditionally in Europe for centuries, catnip leaves were brewed as a tea to aid digestion after meals and to promote a restful night’s sleep. Catnip has also been used as a natural
remedy for coughs and upper respiratory complaints and to relax the muscles.

Fennel is an aromatic herb that helps soothe digestion. It has traditionally been used as a cleansing herb and is often used after eating. A member of the carrot family and native to the
Mediterranean region, fennel’s feathery green leaves and white base are almost a cross between celery and carrots. Fennel seeds are also used to flavor Middle Eastern, Indian and
Chinese dishes. Traditional uses include cramping, bloating and gas.

Ingredients:

Catnip leaves extract and fennel seed oil in glycerin and water.

Recommended Use:

Adults: Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon in water with a meal three times daily. Children: Take 1/4 teaspoon in water with a meal three times daily. Shake well before using. One ml is equal to 1 capsule of catnip and 1 capsule of fennel.
