REFUGE Calming Blend Authentic from Nature’s Sunshine Products combine relaxing essential oils helpful for relieving stress and promoting peace.

Recommended Use: Essential oils may be used aromatically or topically in a variety of ways including diffusers, massage, compresses, baths, scrubs, lotions and sprays. Essential oils should be diluted with Nature’s Sunshine Massage Oil or Carrier Oil before applying topically.

Ingredients:

100% pure essential oils of Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) flower, Citrus sinensis (Orange) peel, Cedrus atlantica (Atlas cedar) wood, Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) flower, Tanacetum annuum (Blue Tansy) leaf & flower, Vanilla planifolia oleoresin blended in a 1:1 ratio with Nature’s Sunshine Carrier Oil.

Recommended Use:

Apply directly to wrists as needed

Stress Blend

• 5 drops Refuge blend
• 5 drops Red Mandarin Essential Oil
• 2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
• 1/2 oz Carrier oil

Combine the essential oils with the Carrier Oil in a ½ oz. /15ml Roller ball bottle. Roll the bottle between your hands to mix the contents together. Apply twice daily or as needed to the temples, forehead, back of neck, creases in the wrists and elbows  and corresponding reflex points on the hands and feet.

Keep it in your purse or pocket.

Contraindications: Do not use in pregnancy. Phototoxic.
