The Chinese have promoted burdock as a healthy, nutritive food source whose dried roots were used especially as a food source throughout the winter. Its use spread across Asia and into Western civilizations over the last several hundred years. Burdock’s use has spanned ages and continents, as traditional practitioners in China, India, Europe and North America have prescribed it for respiratory, digestive and circulatory system support.

Bodily Influences:  Burdock Pure Herbs Liquid Extract can be taken internally and applied externally to help correct all kinds of skin dis-eases.  It needs to be taken long enough to clear the skin up.  Burdock can help clear up swelling and hard spots of hte liver, which can be felt by pressing the area at the bottom of the ribs from one side of the body to the other.   It is a beautiful liver cleaner and tonic herb.

After six to eight months of use the hair can be strengthened.   Mixed with half Yellow Dock Pure Herbs Liquid Extract, it can be applied to painful skin blisters know as “shingles” which follow the nerve tracts around the waist.

Burdock is ;your herb if there is dry skin, eczema, acne, boils or sties on eyelids or congested lymphatic.

Dosage: 40 to 80 drops three times per day.  Take with a good bowel program (see: Buckthorn or Cascara Sagrada or C.C.E.-W) to remove the offensive wastes, which Burdock Pure Herbs Liquid Extract is loosening up and dissolving.  Make sure the bowels are moving at least two and preferably three times per day to prevent “sick feelings”.

Possible directions on label: For adults, mix 2 ml of extract in 2 oz (60 ml) of water one time daily preferably with a meal.
