COMBINATION: Indian Tobacco, Chamomile, Catnip, Arnica (Leopard’s Bane).
DOSE: One drop on the tongue and wait a few seconds to feel its effect; then repeat and wait, and then repeat, and so on, until the tension is relieved. For some, one drop is enough, for others, up to 10 or even 20 drops may be necessary. At some point the “monkey” hops off of your back. Repeat as needed. For best results, try to get rid of some of the extra stress you are under while using E.O.-W.
Directions on label: For adults, mix 2 ml of extract in 2 oz (60 ml) of water one time daily preferably with a meal.
