Shepherd’s Purse takes its name from the shape of its miniature seed pod, as it is shaped like a drawstring purse a shepherd traditionally wears. DOSE: For maintenance, 10 drops, twice per day. For crisis, 20 to 40 drops, every hour while awake, with a cup of water. Externally, apply over area continuously, as needed, until bleeding stops and or drink one tsp. full in a cup of water, 3 times per day.
Directions on label: For adults, mix 2 ml of extract in 2 oz (60 ml) of water one time daily preferably with a meal.
