Parts Used: Root

Also known as Queen’s Root, Stillingia (Stillingia sylvatica) is native to the southern United States and grows in sandy prairies and meadows. It was used traditionally in Native American medicine and by the Eclectic physicians in the early 1900s to support skin health, the upper respiratory system and occasional constipation.* Small pieces of the root were chewed to in winter to support a healthy throat and upper respiratory system.*

Bodily Influences: Stillingia Pure Herbs Liquid Extract exercises highly desirable conditions on the digestive glands and digestive organs so that they secrete (cause to flow) their normal fluids; this is a highly desirable condition, as it also works on other glands of the body and the lymphatics. It is a remedy for primary and secondary syphilis conditions, especially when they affect the skeletal and facial bones. Stillingia Pure Herbs Liquid Extract is held by some herbalists to be the remedy for cystic fibrosis (pancreas malfunction in digestion that usually leads to death by the age of twenty unless a proper program of care can be established and maintained).
